GLINT Camera Reservation Terms

Your reservation

GLINT is operated by TimeToLockIn, Inc. These terms cover your reservation for a GLINT Camera through glint.hair.

By accepting these terms at checkout, you enter into an agreement with TimeToLockIn, Inc. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to use the payment method you provide. Please read these terms and keep a copy. Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information.

You pay a $20 refundable deposit toward the camera’s $299 launch price. Your deposit is credited toward your camera purchase. All prices are in US dollars. Reservations are for shipping within the United States.

Your remaining camera balance is $279, plus applicable tax and shipping. We will email you an invitation to complete your purchase when your camera is ready. You will see the complete amount before authorizing that payment. We will not charge the remaining balance automatically.

Your reservation is confirmed after your deposit payment succeeds. Keep your confirmation email and reservation reference so you can manage your reservation or contact us for help.

A reservation is not a completed camera purchase, does not transfer ownership of a camera, and does not authorize a later charge. Reservations are personal and may not be transferred or resold without our written permission. We may limit duplicate or bulk reservations and decline or cancel reservations where we reasonably identify fraud, unauthorized payment, unlawful activity, or an inability to fulfill the reservation. If we cancel a paid reservation, we will refund the deposit, except where prohibited by law. We do not retain the deposit as a cancellation penalty.

Shipping

Your GLINT Camera ships by December 15, 2026. This is the date by which we ship the camera, not a guarantee that it will arrive by that date.

If we cannot meet the shipping commitment, we will contact you with the available shipping information and your options to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment. We will honor applicable requirements for delay notices, consent, and refunds.

Canceling your reservation

Your $20 deposit is fully refundable before you complete your final camera order. Use the private link in your reservation email to request a refund, or email support@glint.hair with your reservation reference. You can request a new access link through the reservation page if yours has expired.

Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank determines when a completed refund appears on your statement. If a refund needs assistance, our support team will help resolve it. A pending refund is not a completed refund.

The terms presented with your final camera purchase will explain the hardware return and warranty policies. Nothing in these reservation terms limits refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

The app and Premium

The free GLINT app includes core scanning and tracking features without a monthly subscription fee. Your camera includes three months of Premium from camera activation. Premium costs $20 per month after the included period if you choose to subscribe.

Paying a reservation deposit does not start a subscription or authorize recurring charges. Any paid Premium subscription requires a separate enrollment showing the price, billing schedule, and cancellation terms.

Payment, privacy, and access

Stripe processes your deposit payment. Please provide accurate contact and shipping information and contact support if it changes.

Your reservation email contains a private access link. Do not share that link. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the website and reservation service.

Product information and medical limitations

GLINT is designed to help you view and track your hair and scalp. It does not itself grow hair. Images, measurements, automated analysis, coaching, and recommendations are informational and may contain errors. They are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop, or change medication or delay medical care based only on GLINT information. Using the website or making a reservation does not establish a clinician-patient relationship or include a clinical consultation.

Product illustrations and demonstrations do not promise an individual result. Hair growth and treatment response vary. We do not guarantee hair growth, a particular measurement, or the effectiveness of a hair-care product or treatment. We may refine non-material design details before shipment, but will not use this provision to remove promised material features or change the agreed price, refund right, or shipping commitment. If a material change affects your reservation, we will describe it and give you the opportunity to accept it or receive a full deposit refund before final purchase.

Responsible use and intellectual property

Use the website and reservation service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, submit fraudulent reservations, misuse another person's information, or distribute malicious software. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service. An access restriction does not remove your refund rights or prevent you from contacting support.

The GLINT name, site design, software, text, and other content are owned by TimeToLockIn, Inc. or its licensors. Except as permitted by law or with permission, you may not copy, resell, or exploit them commercially. You may use the website to learn about GLINT and manage your reservation. Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful criticism, reporting concerns to authorities, or other legally protected activity.

Service availability and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to keep the reservation service available and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided without additional implied warranties. This does not disclaim any express commitment in these terms, any applicable product warranty, or any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If access fails, contact support to manage your reservation or request a refund.

To the extent permitted by law, TimeToLockIn, Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of this website or administration of a reservation. For claims arising solely from the website or reservation administration, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the reservation amounts you paid us in connection with the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to our fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, death or personal injury for which we are legally responsible, amounts we must refund, our express price and shipping commitments, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. They do not limit liability for a camera purchased under a later purchase agreement. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

Resolving questions and applicable law

Please contact support@glint.hair so we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us is not a condition of using any legal remedy, including small-claims court or contacting a regulator.

California law governs these terms, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction require otherwise. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class actions, jury-trial rights, or non-waivable consumer protections.

Changes and other terms

The version you accept at checkout governs your reservation. Later website updates do not retroactively change that agreement. A material change to an existing reservation requires your agreement where required by law; otherwise you may cancel for a full deposit refund before completing your final camera purchase. Final-purchase and optional subscription terms will be presented separately before you choose to enter those agreements.

These terms and the specific offer presented at checkout are the agreement for your reservation. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive later enforcement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No event outside our control removes applicable shipping-delay, consent, or refund obligations. We may transfer the agreement as part of a business transfer only if your existing reservation rights and our obligations are preserved.
